Documenting the Build Behind a New UNIQLO Store

We partnered with Interior Screed to produce a cinematic project documenting the floor screeding process during the construction of a new UNIQLO retail store. The objective was to showcase the precision, expertise and scale involved in preparing the foundations of a major commercial fit-out, highlighting the craftsmanship that often goes unseen but is essential to the success of the finished space.

Rather than simply recording the installation, our focus was on telling the story behind the build. From the arrival of materials and specialist equipment to the meticulous application and finishing of the screed, we captured every stage of the process with a cinematic approach that transformed a technical construction task into engaging visual content.

Using dynamic camera movement, detailed close-up shots and sweeping wide angles, we highlighted the professionalism of the Interior Screed team while demonstrating the efficiency and precision required to complete a project of this scale. Every shot was carefully planned to showcase the workflow, equipment and attention to detail that underpin high-quality commercial flooring installations.

The industrial setting provided an opportunity to create a film with a clean, modern aesthetic. Through carefully considered lighting, cinematic colour grading and seamless editing, we produced a polished final piece that reflects both the technical excellence of the work and the premium standards associated with internationally recognised retail brands.

Beyond documenting the construction process, the film was designed to strengthen Interior Screed's brand by demonstrating its capabilities on a prestigious commercial project. By showcasing real projects in real working environments, businesses can build trust with prospective clients and provide tangible evidence of the quality, experience and professionalism behind their services.

This project is a great example of how cinematic storytelling can elevate construction and commercial content. By combining technical documentation with high-end production values, we created a film that not only records the build process but also serves as a powerful marketing asset, helping Interior Screed showcase its expertise while contributing to the story behind the creation of a new UNIQLO store.
