Service Terms & Conditions
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking Full Exposure for any photography, videography or content creation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all quotations, bookings, invoices and projects unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once the agreed deposit (if applicable) has been received or written confirmation has been provided.
The booking date will remain provisional until confirmation has been received.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is due within 1 working day of the filming or photography session being completed.
Post-production work will commence once payment has been received.
Final edited content will normally be delivered within 7 working days of full payment being received, unless an alternative delivery schedule has been agreed prior to the project.
Large-scale productions or projects requiring extensive editing may require additional production time. Any revised delivery timeline will be communicated in advance.
Late payments may result in delays to editing and delivery.
4. Revisions
Our goal is to ensure every client is completely satisfied with the final product.
Each project includes up to three rounds of revisions following delivery of the first draft.
A revision round may include multiple requested changes submitted together.
Additional revisions beyond the three included rounds may be charged at our standard hourly editing rate.
Revisions relate to changes in editing, sequencing, graphics, music selection (where applicable) and minor adjustments. Requests that significantly alter the original project brief may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate project information and creative requirements before filming.
Reviewing draft edits promptly.
Providing consolidated feedback where possible.
Obtaining permission for filming at any required locations unless otherwise agreed.
Ensuring all necessary permissions, licences and releases have been obtained for people, venues or property featured in the production.
Delays caused by late client feedback may affect agreed delivery dates.
6. Creative Control
Full Exposure will use professional judgement throughout filming and editing to produce the highest quality final product.
Unless specific creative requirements have been agreed in advance, artistic decisions including camera angles, editing style, colour grading, music and shot selection remain at our discretion.
7. Delivery
Completed projects will normally be delivered digitally via download link or cloud storage unless another delivery method has been agreed.
Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all delivered files.
We recommend downloading and storing all final content immediately after delivery.
8. Copyright & Usage
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Full Exposure retains the copyright to all raw footage, photographs and project files.
Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use the final delivered content for its intended commercial or personal purposes.
Raw footage and editable project files are not included unless specifically stated within the quotation or agreed separately.
9. Portfolio Use
Unless a separate confidentiality agreement has been signed, Full Exposure reserves the right to use completed work for marketing purposes, including our website, social media channels, portfolios and promotional material.
Where projects are confidential, we will fully respect any agreed non-disclosure arrangements.
10. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
If a booking is rescheduled, every effort will be made to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.
If Full Exposure is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we will either arrange an alternative date or provide a full refund of any payments made.
11. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of creative services, refunds cannot be offered once filming has been completed unless Full Exposure has failed to deliver the services originally agreed within the project brief.
Differences in creative preference or style do not constitute grounds for a refund.
We will always work closely with clients throughout the revision process to ensure the final deliverables meet the agreed objectives.
12. Limitation of Liability
While every reasonable effort is made to protect and securely store recorded content, Full Exposure cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to equipment failure, severe weather, venue restrictions, power outages, acts of nature or other unforeseen events.
Should technical issues occur, our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the affected services.
13. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, transport disruption or other unforeseen circumstances.
14. Changes to These Terms
Full Exposure reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking shall apply to the relevant project.
